I love that you continue to encourage riders to branch out and try something new by hosting Cross-Cycle Challenges.

I love that this particular Cross-Cycle Challenge included yoga at my favorite yoga studio, Tranquil Space. It was as if I had found heaven on earth during this challenge. Two of my favorite fitness studios working together as one. Cue praise chorus.
I love that you genuinely care about every person that ventures into your studio. It feels like every one is old friends even if it is their first time. My friend had never been to a spin class and you all welcomed her with open arms. Other riders came over and chatted with us before class began and it was just such a warm and inviting environment.
I love that you care about injury prevention. The entire yoga class was devoted to working our lower bodies, especially hip openers. The perfect compliment to the tough ride we accomplished earlier.
I love that you have found the most energetic instructors. And I really love how they strive to get every single person in the room motivated. I wish I could bring them to every race because it would be a PR every time. Actually, I wish I could have them come with me to all the things because I will never be unmotivated about anything ever again. On a more serious note, Angel really brought IT to class and it makes such a huge difference in the energy in the room, but clearly you’ve already realized that.
I love love love all that you do. And honestly, I can’t praise you enough.
